Fees & FAQs

We provide specialized psychiatric services for aspiring, expectant, and current mothers and their children, supporting their mental health and well-being. Whether you need ongoing care or a one-time reproductive or child psychiatry consultation, we are here to support you every step of the way.

  • Fees & Insurance
    We are a fee-for-service practice, which means that we do not accept insurance. If you have a health benefits policy that provides mental health coverage, you may be entitled to insurance reimbursement for any provided professional services. You will generate an itemized invoice, or "superbill," to submit to your insurance company if you choose. If you would like to check whether your insurance covers our services, you can contact your insurance provider directly. The billing codes most frequently used for our services are: 90792, 99213, 99214, 90833, 90836, and 90846. Professional fees are as follows: Dr. Esther Rollhaus Adults (18 years and older) $1000 60 minute Initial Adult Consultation $500 20-25 minute follow-up appointment for Adults $750 40-45 minute follow-up appointment for Adults Children/Adolescents (17 years and younger) $1250 60 minute Initial Child/Adolescent Consultation $600 20-25 minute follow-up appointments for Children/Adolescents $850 40-45 minutes follow-up appointments for Children/Adolescents Dr. Talia Weitz $750 60 minute Initial Adult Consultation $415 20-25 minute follow-up appointment for Adults $550 40-45 minute follow-up appointment for Adults Please Note: Credit cards are kept on file for convenient payment at the time of service.
  • Telepsychiatry Information
    We use secure, HIPAA-compliant live videoconferencing software to deliver personalized treatment to you. At the time of the appointment, you must be located in a state in which your provider is licensed. Dr. Rollhaus is licensed in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and Florida. Dr. Weitz is licensed in New York and New Jersey.
  • In-person Services
    There is availability for in-person visits in Riverdale, NY. Most people choose to have their first appointment in-person to help with the diagnosis and establish rapport. While most people choose virtual follow up visits, in-person follow up visits are available. Please ask about this option when setting up your appointment.
  • Cancellation Policy
    The practice maintains a strict 48-hour cancellation policy, whereby patients are charged the full fee if appointments are not canceled with 48 hours of advanced notice.
